Topsy Tuis was started in early 2022 as a passion project with big dreams.

I studied Architecture at the University of the Free State, but always dreamed of having a small business & working with my hands. After University I pursued  various creative endeavors. This included making wedding invitations, doing woodwork, teaching microbotics, creating a puppet theatre for online church, & making crafts and activities for the children’s church. All of this culminated in a unique set of skills needed for making dollhouse furniture with extra realism & design flair. On this journey I have learned that no matter how much we struggle in life, God helps shape us into exactly who we need to be at the right time. I believe that Topsy Tuis can put smiles on kids’ and parents’ faces & I am here for it.

I love colour, design, anything floral, my 4 dogs & 1 cat. None of this would have been possible without the help of my husband & his exceptional skills to keep me focused, organized, & motivated.
